Using ICT Tools for
Research Writing and
Documenting
Organized by the RPD
June 2017
Agenda
The session presents different writing
situations a researcher would commonly
encounter and use of practical ICT tools and
techniques will be introduced to make writing
and documenting more efficient and
manageable.
SCENARIO 1
Search and bookmark at least 8 websites you consider as a
reference or your favorite sites. Bookmark is a very good
way of organizing your sites.
How do I organize them when I have more than 20
bookmarks?
SCENARIO 2a
I have written already 3 pages of my paper. I
decided to put the citations as I might forget
them. How do I use MS Word to add citations
and generate a bibliography?
