2. Select a file (it
turns blue)

3. Press right click
on your mouse.

4. Click "preview"
to view to view
your file.

5. Click here to
open the file in
another format.

6. Click here to
share the file
with others.

7. Click "get link"

8. Click "copy link" to give
access for others.

9. Either click
restricted/ anyone
with the link to
share/ not share
your file.

10. When your finished,
click done.

11. Click here to go to
file location.

12. Click here to add a
shortcut for the file.

13. Click here to move
the file to another
place.

14. Click here to add
the file to starred.

15. Click here to
rename the file.

16. Click here to view
details of the file.

17. Click here to view
make a copy of the
file.

18. Click here to report
abuse.

19. Click here to
download the file.

20. Click "Starred"

21. You will see the files
you starred here.

22. To remove a starred
file, right click and
click on "Removed
from Starred"

23. To delete files...
Right click on that
file

24. Scroll down

25. Click "remove"

26. The file is now
moved to trash
Click UNDO if you
want to bring back
the file.

27. Click "Trash"

28. Click "Empty Trash"
to delete
everything in the
trash

29. Everything in here will be
permanently deleted
after 30 days.

30. Press right-click on
your mouse.

31. Click "Restore" to
bring back your file.

32. Click "Delete forever" to
permanently delete the
file.

33. These are add-ons for
convenient task, decision
making and scheduling.

34. Click the "+" sign to add
apps for convenience.

35. This shows, how much
files you stored in Drive.

36. If you want to extend
Google Drive storage,
click "Buy Storage"
