When to use the present continuous tense

2. We use the Present Continuous Tense to
talk about activities happening NOW.

I’m studying English now.
Look! He’s drinking your cup
of tea!
Listen! She’s singing.

3. We can also use the Present Continuous Tense
to talk about activities happening AROUND
NOW, and not necessarily this very moment.

Ahmed is studying really hard for
his exams this week.
 We aren't working hard these
days.

4. We use it to talk about
FUTURE PLANS

 I am seeing my dentist on
Wednesday.
Are you doing anything tonight?
I’m visiting my grandfather next
Monday.
