 Use used to + base form of the verb to talk
  about past habits or past situations that no
  longer exist in the present.



I   used to play in the park.
I   used to destroy my toys.

NEGATIVE: didn’t + use to

She didn’t use to read fairy tales.

In negative statements, never + used to is
  more common than didn’t use to.

She never used to read fairy tales.
