Teaching English in the education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan is rising to a new level of quality on the basis of a scientific approach, the introduction of new information communication and pedagogical technologies that can meet the requirements of the time. Design and Implementation Multimedia Learning Success for Vocational Schools IJECEIAES
This research aims to design a web-based multimedia applications, interactive learning, in order to improve the learning outcomes of students, especially students of Vocational High School. Multimedia Learning has been designed with some additional content in the form of applications: decision support system for multimedia usage based on Model of Multimedia Learning Success. The population obtained from respondents vocational school in Central Java, which is already implementing multimedia learning. The method used is qualitative analysis in the form of: the development of multimedia learning integrated with decision support systems. Design and implementation of multimedia learning success system that is abbreviated "Sikemuning". Sikemuning can be used to measure or provide guidance for teachers in the use of multimedia. Interviews with several respondents teachers from vocational schools in Central Java showed that: the system success multimedia learning developed in this study can be used as feedback to assess the success and effectiveness of the implementation of learning activities, multimedia learning can improve the performance and intelligence of vocational school students.
This paper represents an investigation into teachers barriers towards the use of E-curricula in teaching Arabic language. It explores questions about the approaches to teaching and the motivations of using E-curricula. The main research method used was semi structured interviews. Many factors were found to influence the use of E-curricula, some of them were surprising and revealing. An unwillingness to challenge or change traditional teaching methods can be assured. These findings contribute to a better-informed appreciation of the state of teaching as well as E-curricula in basic stage schools in Jordan.

The present study aimed to examine the effect of Mobile Learning, which is a kind of E learning that uses mobile devices, on the development of the academic achievement of higher secondary commerce students at Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. The study used the quasi-experimental approach. Participants consisted of (712) students who were registered in a group called Commerce offered by the Tamilnadu stateboard. The questionnaires were givent to students in the experimental group. Data collection tools included an academic achievement test and feedback rating scale. Results showed that mobile learning had quite significant effect on both students' academic achievement and conversational skills. The essence of open education is to eliminate the limitations to be able to gain access to higher education for the community at large. Success story of online tutorial services of Universitas Terbuka (UT/Open University) is a proof that can demonstrate more efficient delivery of educational achievement. Perceived satisfaction of students to the online tutorial services became evident that the optimal use of technology to bridge the establishment of an optimal learning process so that students can obtain a quality education is not inferior to conventional universities. The Influence of Flipped Learning on Attitudes of Students towards Technology...inventionjournals
The basic aim of this study is to determine the influence of Flipped learning on attitudes of students towards technology in the 8th grade math lesson. The workgroup of this study is consisted of the 8th grade students of Mithatpaşa Secondary School that is in the centre of Giresun. Two of the 5 eighth grade classes were included in the study. One of the classes that has 32 students is determined as the experimental group and the other class that has 30 students is determined as the control group. In the study, in the forming of the both experimental and control groups, „rendom sampling method‟ that is one of the probability based sampling methods was used. The findings were collected by using both qualitative and quantitative data collection tools. Before-after application in the quantitative size, to determine the attitudes of students towards technology „The Turkey version of students‟ attitudes scale towards technology (PATT-TR)‟ that has 24 items and that was developed by Yurdagül and Aşkar (2008) was applied to the experimental and control groups. During the application, videos that are appropriate for the lesson content were prepared for the experimental group which was determined as flipped classroom and these videos were uploded to „Education information Network‟ by the teacher. Finally, at the end of the qualitative practice, qualitative data were collected by usingsemi-structured interview form and using document analysis developed by Koç (2016)

In the last four decades, continuous research has been conducted on the impacts of technology in the lives of people. While no consensus has been reached, it may be argued that in many aspects of society, technology has both positive and negative impacts. Educational institutions have embraced technology to some extent in the management of the academic load of both the teachers and the students. Background and Objective Telehealth has become a well known tool for the delivery of health care in Saudi Arabia, and the perspective and knowledge of healthcare providers are influential in the implementation, adoption and advancement of the method. This systematic review was conducted to examine the current literature base regarding telehealth and the related healthcare professional perspective and knowledge in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Materials and Methods This systematic review was conducted by searching 7 databases including, MEDLINE, CINHAL, Web of Science, Scopus, PubMed, PsycINFO, and ProQuest Central. Studies on healthcare practitioners telehealth knowledge and perspectives published in English in Saudi Arabia from 2000 to 2023 were included. Boland directed this comprehensive review. The researchers examined each connected study using the AXIS tool, which evaluates cross sectional systematic reviews. Narrative synthesis was used to summarise and convey the data. Results Out of 1840 search results, 10 studies were included. Positive outlook and limited knowledge among providers were seen across trials. Healthcare professionals like telehealth for its ability to improve quality, access, and delivery, save time and money, and be successful. Age, gender, occupation, and work experience also affect health workers knowledge. In Saudi Arabia, healthcare professionals face inadequate expert assistance, patient privacy, internet connection concerns, lack of training courses, lack of telehealth understanding, and high costs while performing telemedicine. Conclusions Healthcare practitioners telehealth perceptions and knowledge were examined in this systematic study. Its collection of concerned experts different personal attitudes and expertise would help enhance telehealths implementation in Saudi Arabia, develop its healthcare delivery alternative, and eliminate frequent problems. This research investigates the nexus between online discussions on Dr. B.R. Ambedkars ideals and their impact on social inclusion among college students in Gurugram, Haryana. Surveying 240 students from 12 government colleges, findings indicate that 65 actively engage in online discussions, with 80 demonstrating moderate to high awareness of Ambedkars ideals. Statistically significant correlations reveal that higher online engagement correlates with increased awareness p 0.05 and perceived social inclusion. Variations across colleges and a notable effect of college type on perceived social inclusion highlight the influence of contextual factors. Furthermore, the intersectional analysis underscores nuanced differences based on gender, caste, and socio economic status. The Role of Mentoring and Its Influence on the Effectiveness of the Teaching ...ijtsrd
This paper reports on a study which was conducted to investigate the role of mentoring and its influence on the effectiveness of the teaching of Physics in secondary schools in the South West Region of Cameroon. The study adopted the convergent parallel mixed methods design, focusing on respondents in secondary schools in the South West Region of Cameroon. Both quantitative and qualitative data were collected, analysed separately, and the results were compared to see if the findings confirm or disconfirm each other. The quantitative analysis found that majority of the respondents 72 of Physics teachers affirmed that they had more experienced colleagues as mentors to help build their confidence, improve their teaching, and help them improve their effectiveness and efficiency in guiding learners’ achievements. Only 28 of the respondents disagreed with these statements. With majority respondents 72 agreeing with the statements, it implies that in most secondary schools, experienced Physics teachers act as mentors to build teachers’ confidence in teaching and improving students’ learning. The interview qualitative data analysis summarized how secondary school Principals use meetings with mentors and mentees to promote mentorship in the school milieu. This has helped strengthen teachers’ classroom practices in secondary schools in the South West Region of Cameroon. With the results confirming each other, the study recommends that mentoring should focus on helping teachers employ social interactions and instructional practices feedback and clarity in teaching that have direct measurable impact on students’ learning achievements. This study primarily focuses on the design of a high side buck converter using an Arduino microcontroller. The converter is specifically intended for use in DC DC applications, particularly in standalone solar PV systems where the PV output voltage exceeds the load or battery voltage. To evaluate the performance of the converter, simulation experiments are conducted using Proteus Software. These simulations provide insights into the input and output voltages, currents, powers, and efficiency under different state of charge SoC conditions of a 12V,70Ah rechargeable lead acid battery. Additionally, the hardware design of the converter is implemented, and practical data is collected through operation, monitoring, and recording. By comparing the simulation results with the practical results, the efficiency and performance of the designed converter are assessed. The findings indicate that while the buck converter is suitable for practical use in standalone PV systems, its efficiency is compromised due to a lower output current. Generally far more sustainable than fossil fuel are renewable energy sources such as wind, hydroelectric power, solar, and geothermal energy sources. Worthy of note is that some renewable energy projects, like the clearing of forests to produce biofuels, can cause severe environmental damage. The sustainability of nuclear power which is a low carbon source is highly debated because of concerns about radioactive waste, nuclear proliferation, and accidents. The switching from coal to natural gas has environmental benefits, including a lower climate impact, but could lead to delay in switching to more sustainable options. “Carbon capture and storage” can be built into power plants to remove the carbon dioxide CO2 emissions, but this technology is expensive and has rarely been implemented. This paper aims to outline the executive regulations, survey standards, and specifications required for the implementation of the Sudan Survey Act, and for regulating and organizing all surveying work activities in Sudan. The act has been discussed for more than 5 years. The Land Survey Act was initiated by the Sudan Survey Authority and all official legislations were headed by the Sudan Ministry of Justice till it was issued in 2022. The paper presents conceptual guidelines to be used for the Survey Act implementation and to regulate the survey work practice, standardizing the field surveys, processing, quality control, procedures, and the processes related to survey work carried out by the stakeholders and relevant authorities in Sudan. The conceptual guidelines are meant to improve the quality and harmonization of geospatial data and to aid decision making processes as well as geospatial information systems. The established comprehensive executive regulations will govern and regulate the implementation of the Sudan Survey Geomatics Act in all surveying and mapping practices undertaken by the Sudan Survey Authority SSA and state local survey departments for public or private sector organizations. Towards the Implementation of the Sudan Interpolated Geoid Model Khartoum Sta...ijtsrd
The discussions between ellipsoid and geoid have invoked many researchers during the recent decades, especially during the GNSS technology era, which had witnessed a great deal of development but still geoid undulation requires more investigations. To figure out a solution for Sudans local geoid, this research has tried to intake the possibility of determining the geoid model by following two approaches, gravimetric and geometrical geoid model determination, by making use of GNSS leveling benchmarks at Khartoum state. The Benchmarks are well distributed in the study area, in which, the horizontal coordinates and the height above the ellipsoid have been observed by GNSS while orthometric heights were carried out using precise leveling. The Global Geopotential Model GGM represented in EGM2008 has been exploited to figure out the geoid undulation at the benchmarks in the study area. This is followed by a fitting process, that has been done to suit the geoid undulation data which has been computed using GNSS leveling data and geoid undulation inspired by the EGM2008. Two geoid surfaces were created after the fitting process to ensure that they are identical and both of them could be counted for getting the same geoid undulation with an acceptable accuracy. In this respect, statistical operation played an important role in ensuring the consistency and integrity of the model by applying cross validation techniques splitting the data into training and testing datasets for building the geoid model and testing its eligibility. The geometrical solution for geoid undulation computation has been utilized by applying straightforward equations that facilitate the calculation of the geoid undulation directly through applying statistical techniques for the GNSS leveling data of the study area to get the common equation parameters values that could be utilized to calculate geoid undulation of any position in the study area within the claimed accuracy. Both systems were checked and proved eligible to be used within the study area with acceptable accuracy which may contribute to solving the geoid undulation problem in the Khartoum area, and be further generalized to determine the geoid model over the entire country, and this could be considered in the future, for regional and continental geoid model. The COVID 19 pandemic has highlighted the crucial need of preventive measures, with widespread use of face masks being a key method for slowing the viruss spread. This research investigates face mask identification using deep learning as a technological solution to be reducing the risk of coronavirus transmission. The proposed method uses state of the art convolutional neural networks CNNs and transfer learning to automatically recognize persons who are not wearing masks in a variety of circumstances. We discuss how this strategy improves public health and safety by providing an efficient manner of enforcing mask wearing standards. ABSTRACT
Teaching English in the education system of the Republic of
Uzbekistan is rising to a new level of quality on the basis of
a scientific approach, the introduction of new information-
communication and pedagogical technologiesthatcanmeet
the requirements of the time. As the study of foreign
languages is a modern requirement, it is important for
scientists and specialists to develop new methods of
language learning for the younger generation, based on the
"National Training Program" and recommend them to the
learning process. The organization of distance learning in
Uzbekistan is very effective. This type of education should
be widely used today. Significant work is being done in our
country to form an information society, to introduce the
most advanced information and communication
technologies in all areas. In particular, the capabilities of
interactive services in this process are highly valued.

system technologies are developed on the basis of pedagogical
technologiesandmustmeetthefollowingadditionalrequirements:
Adaptation is the adaptation of the educational process to the
personality of the student, living conditions, financial conditions,
psychological and physiological characteristics. This is very
important in the process of educating the listener individually,
usingcomputersandtelecommunications.
Economicadequacy-compliancewiththisrequirementisdueto
thelimitedfundingoftheeducationsystem.
Variabilityistherapidandcontinuousupdatingofthequalityand
contentofeducation,themodernizationofteachingmaterialsand
textbooks.Thisneedarisesinaccordancewiththerequirementsof
theaccelerationofscientificandtechnological progress.
Method and materials:
The use of interactive methods in distance learning, as well
as in distance learning of foreign languages is one of the
important factors that ensure positive results. The use of
interactive teaching methods creates a comfortable
environment for students to better organize the learning
process. Students will be given the opportunity to exchange
ideas. Conditions will be created for mutual information
exchange. They discuss and resolve issues that need to be
resolved together. They find a solution together to get out of
the situation. They demonstrate their knowledge to each
other based on the information they receive. Inspired by
each other, they create spiritual satisfaction. They
understand each other,buttheybecomeinterestedanddon't
know that time has passed. They will be able to fully master
the content of education.
Theproductionactivityofaspecialistinvolvestheperformanceof
anumberofproductiontasks.They,inturn,consistofproduction
operations (steps of work) performed in a defined sequence. In
ordertoperformtheactivitiesthatarepartoftheproductiontask,
theworkermusthaveacertainleveloftheoreticalknowledgeand
practical skills. This is achieved through the mastery of the
developed teaching modules by the students. MTP programsare
developed for a specific specialty of the vocational education
system. This concept of modular training is very suitable for
vocational training in professional colleges. This, first of all,
requires students studying "Vocational Education" to master the
technologyofmodularteachingbasedonasystematicapproach.
These programs can also be used in the training of students
majoring in "Vocational Education". The subject "Professional
Skills" is included in the curriculum for specialization in higher
education. Therefore, it is expedient to organize the study of this
subjectbystudentsonthetechnologyofmodularteachingbased
ona systematicapproachtoactivity.
Thedidacticsystemofdistancelearningincludes:
Thepurposeoftrainingisformedonthebasisofstateeducational
standards and includes a system of knowledge, skills and
competencies. It is in a hierarchical system: the purpose of
teaching,thepurposeofthesubject,thesubjectofthesubject,the
basicconceptsofthesubjectareformedfromtheobjectofstudy.
It is not possible to train foreign languages in all specialties
in Distance Learning. The list of areas where this type of
training is prohibited is approved by law, and the use of this
system in these areas is prohibited.

called listeners. The distance learning system requires
adequate training of students and technical support of jobs.
Teachers: These teachers, mainly the effectiveness of the
organization of the educational processwill dependonthem.
However, the features of the didactic system of distance
learning require different types of Roman functions,
versatility, and diversity of roles in the activities that
teachers perform.
Result and Duscussion:
The main purpose of the use of interactive methods in
distance learning of foreign languages is to involve students
in the process of active learning, to help them develop
knowledge and research skills. Interactive methods are
based on the active relationship between teacher and
student, full understanding of each other. The ultimate goal
of the introduction of interactive methods in the learning
process is to organize the interaction of the teacher and the
student in the classroom, regardless of the form of the
lesson. The teacher needs to engage the students in the
problems of the lesson, activate their movement and teach
them to master as a result.
The interactive method of distance learning is becoming the
most necessary method in today's world. For example, I
express my opinion on a certain topic. I am interested in the
attitude of others, the opinion of others in such a situation,it
is interesting to share ideas online, not only from
acquaintances, but also from other users who are familiar or
unfamiliar with the Internet. Representatives of different
nationalities mayexpressdifferentopinions.That'swhenthe
general conclusion can be drawn. The interactive method
can also help to make the topic more understandable.
Feedback is the choice of a specific topic. A simple example
can be found in the comments we make on this topic.
Now, let's talk about the shortcomingsofdistance education;
The first problem is that distance learning limits
communication with people. Given that distance learning
may involve participants in different regions (locations),
most trainees receive more personal attention and
communication from tutors,counselors,andclassmatesthan
from traditional education. believe that they have the
capacity. Quality distance learning programs engage
students through group projects and online discussions. In
doing so, teachers will be able to answer students ’questions
in a timely manner and evaluate their work on a regular
basis, and students will have more opportunities to interact.
Another question is whether there will be accuracy in
assessing the knowledge of students studying in distance
learning courses. You can use any cribfroma distance.There
are no restrictions for him.
One of the next problems is time. You don't have time to
study. You will have the opportunity to study at special
times.
The problem may be with the technology you are using. For
example, a breakdown in technology or a slow internet
connection can cause you inconvenience.
When using an interactiveapproachintheeducationsystem,
the teacher encourages the student to activelyparticipate. In
some cases, the quality of education may be adversely
affected by the student's lack of or shyness, or his or her
reluctance to express himself or herself. This, of course, can
reduce the effectiveness of education. In order to avoid such
situations and to avoid such situations, it is in distance
learning that the choice and applicationofa moreinteractive
method than in other teaching methods helps to achieve the
intended goal faster and more effectively. Whenthelearning
process is organized on an interactive basis, the student's
interaction increases, and the skills of partner and creativity
are formed. Skills to work with curriculum, syllabus,
textbook, standard norms, manuals, content of the topic are
formed. Independent reading, working, mastering the
content of education, the text becomes a daily personal
affair. The student is accustomed to expressing his / her
opinion freely, to defend his / her opinion, to prove it, to
confirm it. Most importantly, didactic motives are formed in
the learning process. That is, the needs, desires, and
aspirations of the student are met. The student's interest in
the learning process increases. This will takethestudent toa
higher level in achieving the learning objectives.
Now let's talk about the advantages of using interactive
methods in distance learning of foreign languages,firstofall,
it leads to a better mastery of the content of teaching. In due
course, educational communication between student-
teacher-student is established. the learning material is best
remembered through mutual information, retrieval, and
processing. Students develop the skills of communication,
expression and exchange of ideas. Each student is able to
think independently, work, and observe. In interactive
lessons, the student not only masters the content of
education, but also develops his critical and logical thinking.
Conclusion:
The term distance education is well known today. Distance
education is a new method in the education system of our
country, and today this process is receiving serious
attention. All universities have computer classes, most of
which are connected to the global Internet.
Distance learning has the following advantages:
1. Creative learning environment. There are many waysin
which a teacher can teach, and students can only read a
given material. On the basis of the proposed distance
learning, students themselves search for the necessary
information in a computer database and ensure that
their experiences communicate well with others and
work on their own. encourages education.
2. Possibility of independent study. Distance learning
includes primary, secondary, tertiary and advanced
training. Inspectors with different levels of training can
work on their own lesson plans and interact with
students at their level.
3. Big changes in the workplace. Distance learning is a
form of education that is accessibletomillionsofpeople,
most notably young people who are learning to be
productive. This type of training plays animportantrole
in training.
4. A new and effective tool for teaching and learning. The
word "interactive" is English and means "self-
employed." Interactive lessons encourage students to
think creatively, to actively express information, to

form of a dialogue (computer communication) or based
on the interaction of the student. Interactivity is the
interaction, movement, and interaction that takes place
in the student-teacher interaction. The main goal of the
interactive method is to create an environment for
active, free thinking of the student by creating the most
favorable conditions for the learning process. It
demonstrates its intellectual potential andenhancesthe
quality and effectiveness of education. Interactive
lessons are organized in such a way that no student is
left out in the process, that is, they have the opportunity
to openly express what they see, know and think.

learning, the intensity of the exchange of information
between students is higher than theexchangeofinformation
between the student and the teacher, so it is necessary to

Choosing an interactive method of distance learning in
foreign languages is a good idea. Because the interactive
method of teaching serves to activate the acquisition of
knowledge by students, the development of personal
qualities by increasing the activity betweenstudentsandthe
teacher in the educational process. The use of interactive
methods helps to increase the effectiveness of the lesson.
With this in mind, we can say that. The interactive method
leads to many positive results in the process of distance
learning foreign languages.
The use of interactive methods in the distance learning of
foreign languages enhances the participation of students,
encourages them to achieve maximum results. Interactivity
also helps teachers incorporate more complex material into
the course. Of course, the organization of interactive lessons
has its drawbacks. These are learning processes that take a
lot of time. Not all students have the opportunity to be
supervised in interactive classes. When studying very
complex materials, students are not able to solve the
problem completely and clearly, and in such situations, the
role of the teacher is low. Due to the participation of weak
students in the learning process in groups, even strong
students get low scores or grades.
