Set up the new strategy of the different sector’ departments and followed up all phases of
execution.
Initiated, proposed and developed new financial products with all associated processes of
setting procedures, manuals and desk instruction.
Reviewed, assessed and amended 50% of the existing products to cater for the customers’
needs and to match the up to date industry trends.
Specified our niche market and focused on leveraging the products where we have a
comparative advantage than our competitors.
Represented Egypt Post in International conferences in South Africa and Rome. The
conferences were related to encouraging financial inclusion, financial literacy and came up
with different recommendations and proposed solutions and plans to assist the less

Revised all operational procedures and formulated unified procedures for all the financial
services in collaboration with the different stake holders.
Cooperated with the sales and market teams and referred several major corporate customers.
Negotiated and followed up three international Money Transfers agreements (remittances)
with different postal units from African and Asian countries. Two contracts already signed.
Studied the different risk factors of Egypt Post as assigned by the board of director and came
up with an evaluation document about the risk status at Egypt post. Presented a proposal
document with a detailed risk matrix conceptualizing risks, categorizing all kinds of
operational risks and how to rate them. Also proposed an reporting tool for all potential or
actual risk incidents to the senior management to act accordingly to mitigate these types of
risks.

Motivated, guided, steered and enforced culture change of the staff of 10 branches under
direct supervision toward being sales and service oriented.
Participated in centralizing the major operational functions performed in branches to centers
or hubs in the Head Office. The aim was to free the branches staff from routine and technical
operations to focus more on sales and service activities.
Followed up proper execution of the procedures and policies.
Implemented a decentralized process of loans approval up to a specific amount through the
branches directly which reduced the time of granting the loan from about 10 days in average
to 2 days maximum.
Successfully implemented automated loans work flow to ensure accuracy, standardization of
processes, improve archiving and tracing processes of all cases.

Set up the business plan of a region of five branches.
