I start off using ERP system (SAP NetWeaver) in Mar.2015 basically as the following:
1. SAP FI-GL; to record and review all financial transactions and implement the required
expenses recharge in related WBSs
2. SAP FI-FM; to manage all funds and grants from budgets and recharge all expenses in
related grant and fund, and create the required reports to define the variances on each
WBS, and make the required derivation between the WBSs and sponsor program.
3. SAP FI-BL; to manage all checks and deposit movement in bank account and make bank
reconciliation
4. SAP CO-internal order, review all internal order which posted from other dept.
5. Create vendor code numbers and follow-up all vendors movement from goods and
services received or disbursed check or vendor credit balances.
6. Display and present all FI reports and budget review.

Children Protection from the worst works is one of women association program projects,
implements in different areas, the main purpose is to distribute regularly feeding meals to children
families, to help them economically, this project is granted from WFP, and controlled by TDH
(Swiss INGO)
- Period : Part time from 1 Jan 2012 to 30 Jun 2014
- Roles and Accountabilities:-
1. Manage all project aspects financially and methodology by assigning the daily tasks to my team
by drawing activity plan and translate it by forecasting figures.
2. Make sure all projects results are aligned with donor outputs
3. Monitoring the budget figures and re-forecast budget remaining

Development and Rehabilitation for Disabled Children is one of women association’s projects,
funded by self- financing, it is like workplace or small plant to train disabled children and to raise
their ability to engage in our community and to teach them craftsmanship to help in their life,
we’ve taught them bagging and marketing food products as one of the secured development
program

I was managing the small plant by business side only and there are technical focal points that are
follow-up their improvement, I was responsible of follow-up production lines and marketing the
products.
