For each scenario, students are asked to answer questions in 175 words each that assess recruitment strategies, interview types, selection tests, training programs, discipline steps, unionization processes, employee rights, and motivational theories. Assess what an employer can legally do to prevent

Explain two motivational theories.
Determine which theory would work best in this scenario to
help motivate employees.
