2. Learners
This lesson will be taught to a class of third
graders. 20 students total: 11 girls, 9 boys.
One of the girls has a mild hearing impairment.
Two of the boys have ADHD.
3. Objective
This lesson will teach about how some of the processes
on the Earth work. The students will name and describe
each process and its components in addition to what
they do by the end of the week with 80% accuracy. The
lesson will use a variety of media from posters, videos,
podcasts, songs, experiments and scientific articles.

Day 1: clouds
Day 2: water cycle
Day 3: earths layers
Day 4: volcanoes
Day 5: plate tectonics and earthquakes
