What is communication?
A process aimed at intentional transmission of a message.
In order to do this people use LANGUAGE.
ORAL: We use spoken words.
Language can be: WRITTEN: We use writing.
VISUAL: We use images.

To INFORM: Images are used to convey
faithfully the reality.
To ADVERTISE: Images are used to tell people
about a product, brand, service,
etc.
PURPOSES of

and personal beliefs, etc.
To ENTERTAIN: Images are used to interest and
amuse somebody in order to
