INTRODUCTION OF SELF
A self introduction for
interview isn't just about the
words you say, it's also
about how you present
yourself through your
expressions and your
attitude. Talking about
yourself and the things
you've done doesn't have to
be difficult because you
already know the answers.
IMPORTANCE OF SELF
UNDERSTANDING
Your self is your sense of who you are, deep
down---your Identity. When you let someone
else known you well, you reveal your true self to
them.
There are levels of analysis that one can look at
self and identity. One level of analysis is the self
on the individual level, for example, self-states,
self-motives, self-esteem, self-efficacy, etc.
SELF
CONCEPT
Self-concept is how you
perceive your behavior,
abilities, and unique
characteristics
One's self-concept is a
collection of beliefs about
oneself. Generally, self-
concept embodies the answer
to the question "Who am I?"

reactivity.
It is a necessary first step for positive change.

with our environment, reactions
(including thoughts, feelings, behaviors,
strengths, and weaknesses), and
impact on others.

us, in terms of those same factors listed
above.
