Indicators ?
The global indicator list is contained in the Report of the Inter-Agency
and Expert Group on Sustainable Development Goal Indicators
(E/CN.3/2016/2/Rev.1), Annex IV
The list includes 230 indicators on which general agreement has been
reached.
Please note that the total number of indicators listed in the final indicator
proposal
is 241. However, since nine indicators repeat under two or three different
targets
(see below), the actual total number of individual indicators in the list is
230.

goals, during the Post 2015 Sustainable Development
Goals.

INDICATOR(S)
Indicator is comparable to a black box : with a build project and a reduction project based on
the inputs that is the poverty reduction and the outputs that are the indicators of the monitoring
systems. Then, I assumeD, it was up to the organizations to decide, which types of metrics to
use.
a) Are they quantitative metrics that can be measured with the statistics
(Possible issues : most countries do not have statistics, are poorly equipped
with a database, lack of expertise or qualified professional... The risk is by the
time we build the capacity, SDG implementation will be gone. SDG will be
done, and the risk even higher?! (more or less)
b) Are they qualitative indicators or a mix of both? In therr ace against time, in
materialation of SDG successfully by 2030. New solutons need to be
encouraged, while there would be a clear failure or a miss of data management
A more compassionate dialogue between stakeholders. Making the agenda for
local sciences and traditional knwoledge more relevant thant business outputs
and a sustainable development weighting more with society and ecology to
keep growing economies and the consumerism society.

What is the meaning of Exposure for target 1.5, which led to the design of the global UN indicator 
1.5.1 ? Exposure means the reduction of threats that are the amospheric and hydrology hazards 
can be made either with capitalist method based on technology of business outputs (economy 
because of the increase speed (S) and the short period of time (t) OR on a long run (T>>>t ) or 
with the small speed (s <<<S), which is the caracteristic of sustainable development with a higher 
stake on society and ecology. For example, when the ecosystem based on nature, local 
knowledge and science and indigenous people.
