Hi, friends, a bit of our investment relations in 2021, while the world economy was falling with the covid illness and economic restrict. However, the Business Innovation Research Development was able to set sail in tidal and surge risk environmentally. We kept our investment to a level of self-empowerment in the agenda for action 2030. Excellency, dear colleagues and friends, UN representatives,
In difficult time with the new corona virus 2019 (Sars-cov- 2), the health of children and adults and
economic restrictions and crisis (regress) in 2021, Business Innovation Research Development kept
growing in a steady manner in our cooperation and recorded a successful outcome, either at financially
or in the sustainable development level (SDG17 and other goals). The None Governmental Organization
(NGO) witnessed a minimalistic increase in the memberships and maximalist financing flows, toward the
vulnerable organizations that are not normally receiving the United Nations support either for the risk
contexts (a disaster, a war, a technology failure…), and eventually in remote places from the
administrative centers (cities). We perceived an important stake to deliver the ambition of the Agenda
for action 2030 in voluntary manner.

2. BUSINESS INNOVATION RESEARCH DEVELOPMENT
The issues as often, is international competition and the lacks of basis for stability and the confrontation
of small and micro businesses with the Multinationals that are keeping the powers on their monopolies,
and creating discrimination on the micro organizations with anti-competitions practices and regulations.
This can lead people living behind, poverty, social schism, and the small businesses not able to develop
their brands as they would like. So, thanks to all our friends, members, and UN representative that can
put their hopes in the sustainable development, which is our main priority in the UN Agenda for action
2030.
The issue of covid 19 and the policy of UN security pass for the representative is still on ongoing process,
as most headquarters are still restricted.
By reading the UN website, the UN Headquarters have reopen for all the civil society members. So, our
members are left with 2 options, as we will push forward and remove sleeves, as we are hardworking
people with an open mind to support the work of Economic Social Council (ECOSOC) the architect and
main sponsors of the Global goals implementation, particularly in the relationship between United
Nations and the national states and how the United Nations program action can find barriers to
penetration at national level. Cultural differences, as such there is change of polarity, which I regularly
observed between what is said by member states, that are regularly showing their ambitions in the UN
arena, but not showing enough will power (motivation, resources) at national levels. The priorities can
change if there is no voluntary commitment. The country VNRs and annual reviews are meaningull and

understandable pieces of member states communication unless it is effectively implemented, and not
just a plan to walk the talk, but acting because of other priorities.
So, members of our group can be disappointed if the Sustainable Development is too slow, poor quality
and cost too much to tax-payers money. You can apply for the UN Ecosoc Consultative Status with your
own organization, in order to create your own break through or momentum, so you will create your
development strategy. There a training to prepare for the international life organize by the UN civil

The key to our success is undeniably a multidimensional factor, however, your organization to retrieve
the successful factor that are nurtured by the local, national and international legal authorities.
It is good to show our voluntary contribution, spread and networking in the endeavor in active economy
and a bit ambition to the robust social solidarity economy with the people, planet, prosperity, wellbeing,
healthy life, peace and security. We are also, building and contributing to the strategy of the indicators
into the coming years (2022 to come with new energies, performance and hope to deliver on the agenda
for action by 2030.
My job was empowerment of the members in the sustainable development and our mainly was in the
drafting of various international laws or processes for global development (Sendai, SDG indicators…). So,
I urge you to use our expertise and knowledge in the development of the agenda 2030, while some
processes, cannot exist, and you will have to create your concept, and vision of development to
measure the progress with a reliable indicators, that we can share during the annual reviews of
development at United Nation or other gatherings.
