to be a part of the development of the project baseline and control
plan, a good project schedule can be put in place.
All companies are experienced at using the following systems for
Project Management and Communications to effectively manage
and track jobs in the ever-changing construction industry.
• JD Edwards Job Cost Tracking/Forecasting
• Primavera Suretrak
• P3 and P6 (Primavera Project Planning)
• Primavera Engineering and Construction
• Primavera Maintenance and Turnaround
• Industry Systems Software, Inc. (Functional
checkouts, commissioning/inspection)
By integrating our field personnel’s input with upper management
oversight, and by looking at work done and forecasting hours
to complete, we can create an accurate measurement of work
progress and track projects at task level. Udelhoven uses these
programs to continuously monitor each step of the project.
Cost tracking and forecasting is done in real time with our
integrated, customized J.D. Edwards system that incorporates all
aspects of accounting transactions, man-hour labor, material cost,
change orders, work orders and any other job-related expense.
With this information, we have job-to-date cost and are able to
forecast jobs for tracking and productivity. The integration of job
costing and forecasting incorporated into a Primavera schedule
gives a comprehensive report of materials, open commitments,
job-to-date dollars, man-hours and material costs.
Udelhoven Companies supports a fully redundant system between
offices, which is prepared for fail-over in case of local failure due to
fire, etc. We have also implemented a Disaster Recovery System.

ISSI

Industry Systems Software Inc. was founded in April 2004 on the
basis of providing a more efficient means of project management
and tracking through the use of our custom software and tablet
PCs.
With the development and deployment of our first system at the
end of 2004, ISSI continues to provide a means for companies to
manage their construction, commissioning and turnover activities
without the use of paper and paper folders.
In January of 2005, Harding Holdings (owner of Udelhoven
Companies, UOSS, UI UII), acquired a majority of ISSI stock.
Udelhoven Companies has been involved with work in Alaska
since the early 1970s and has established a strong presence in the
Gulf of Mexico. They have also done work in Venezuela, Australia,
China and other world locations.
We have had the privilege to work on projects in the Gulf of
Mexico and on the North Slope of Alaska. These have included
the pre-commissioning of BP Atlantis in Morgan City, LA (Nov
2004 - Apr 2005), the commissioning of the Alyeska Strategic
Reconfiguration Project, Fairbanks, AK (Sep. 2005 - present),
the commissioning of BP Atlantis, Corpus Christi, TX (Apr. 2006 -
present), eni Petroleum , Nikaitchuq Project FCO Commissioning,
Oliktok Point, AK (2010-present) and BP Exploration Alaska (BPXA)
Greater Prudhoe Bay, AK (2009 - present).
We have continued to develop and make improvements to our
software and are currently on our second complete re-write
DAQART™ (an acronym for Data AcQuisition And Reference Tool)
which will enable our clients even more control over their projects.
Features of our new re-write include:
• Complete Project Layout/Management System
• Better and more intuitive User Interface
• Better Mark-up and Highlighting tools
• Streamlined Software (quicker processing
speed)
Although our focus has been concentrated on the commissioning
of projects, our software can be used for virtually any aspect
of construction, commissioning or turnover project. We remain
committed to the success of your project.

  • 17. Udelhoven Companies believes that communicating accurate, timely and concise information along with teamwork is the key to every project’s success. By providing a means for all stakeholders to be a part of the development of the project baseline and control plan, a good project schedule can be put in place. All companies are experienced at using the following systems for Project Management and Communications to effectively manage and track jobs in the ever-changing construction industry. • JD Edwards Job Cost Tracking/Forecasting • Primavera Suretrak • P3 and P6 (Primavera Project Planning) • Primavera Engineering and Construction • Primavera Maintenance and Turnaround • Industry Systems Software, Inc. (Functional checkouts, commissioning/inspection) By integrating our field personnel’s input with upper management oversight, and by looking at work done and forecasting hours to complete, we can create an accurate measurement of work progress and track projects at task level. Udelhoven uses these programs to continuously monitor each step of the project. Cost tracking and forecasting is done in real time with our integrated, customized J.D. Edwards system that incorporates all aspects of accounting transactions, man-hour labor, material cost, change orders, work orders and any other job-related expense. With this information, we have job-to-date cost and are able to forecast jobs for tracking and productivity. The integration of job costing and forecasting incorporated into a Primavera schedule gives a comprehensive report of materials, open commitments, job-to-date dollars, man-hours and material costs. Udelhoven Companies supports a fully redundant system between offices, which is prepared for fail-over in case of local failure due to fire, etc. We have also implemented a Disaster Recovery System.
