Quality Engineer
 I have over three years’ experience working within the Quality Assurance department at Ipeco dealing
with regulatory & customer audits of the Ipeco facilities and various sites* (*UK, USA, Brazil and
Hong Kong). In addition I have been a key focal in dealing with numerous customers on a vast range
of quality issues, helping to resolve problems found internally and by suppliers – this has resulted in
many business trips worldwide, inclusive of but not limited to Taiwan, Russia and Europe, some
conducted on my own and others accompanied by colleagues, often senior management.
 I am responsible for internal auditing of all sections and sites* within the Ipeco quality management
system, ensuring they are compliant with ISO 9001, AS9100, EASA PT 21 Subpart G, Part 145, FAA
145, Health & Safety, customer requirements and our own procedures. I compile reports detailing
what I have found during the audits, both good and bad and emphasising where the company could
improve.
 I am responsible for maintaining and amending the Ipeco repair station exposition to current EASA &
FAA 145 regulations and all other associated procedures, in addition to implementing safety
management systems at Ipeco prior to the September 2016 deadline.
 I am solely responsible for auditing and approving repair stations who work on Ipecos’ behalf, in
addition to being tasked by the Vice President of Quality to implement the unification of the repair
process’ of the Ipeco group worldwide sites*.
 I conduct training for Ipeco staff on various subjects to comply with the quality management system /
regulatory requirements, including the training of certifying staff to both EASA Part 21 subpart G &
EASA / FAA 145 requirements.
 As the head of the failure review board (FRB) I am a quality focal for in service customer issues, I visit
customers (domestic & foreign) to view the issues they are having and report my findings back to the
relevant Ipeco departments, I will compile an in depth report and keep the customer informed of the
progress with the investigation and corrective actions, which is submitted to the customer for approval
upon completion.
 I am responsible for liaising with suppliers if the quality issue arises from an in service issue, I will
work alongside the suppliers to address the issue and assist in formulating corrective actions. Also
when required I will audit the supplier facilities in accordance with Ipeco quality requirements.

Certifying Inspector
 As a certifying inspector my duties included ensuring that Ipeco was compliant with all relevant Industry
regulations, such as: EASA part 21 subpart G, Part 145 and FAA part 145.
 I was a fundamental party in ensuring Ipecos’ manufacturing sections met the requirements of AS9100.
I had to my own set of Key Performance Indicator (KPI’s) requirements to meet and report on, which
included AS9102 first article inspection, customer rejection processing, general inspection turnaround
times and quarantined parts disposition.

 I was the customer liaison for returns, resolving any issues customers had prior to returning goods back
for rectification or replacement, giving me extensive experience working with customers globally and
learning the different ways in which they work due to cultural and industry influences,
