guaranteed turnaround times, up times and tailors made Service Level Agreement
(SLA's) including travel, labor parts. In terms of Service Level Agreements (SLA) 99 of all
contracts unless specified, range between a two-hour and an eight hour response
depending on customers requirements. Maintenance's is performed during normal
working hours I.e. 08h00 to 17h00 weekdays, excluding public holidays. However work
performed outside normal working hours will be carried out at a time and materials rate,
unless otherwise agreed by special arrangements of after-hours standby maintenance
services.
