QeqeshaInstitute is an experienced Team Building facilitation company, which
strives to entrench individual and company values and to enhance motivation
levels of individuals and teams in order to establish a High Performing Culture
within the workplace. Our methodology to transfer learning is better known as
Adventure related Experiential Learning or AEL. Facilitation takes place at a
low-ropes facility of site which caters for a neutral environment away from
distractions which enhances the learning experience.
