Introduction:
The way you communicate in a professional setting
says a great deal about you even before the first
personal interaction; from a simple business letter, a
reader takes clues about your education, awareness of
standard practices and attention to detail. By using a
standard format, you convey a sense of
professionalism and help the reader get right to the
message itself.
Letter
A business letter is a written communication addressed
to a person or organization, by a person or organization
for specific business purpose
All lines typically begin at the left margin. Nothing is
indented except for displayed quotations, tables, and similar
material. This style is also known as the full-block style.

Indented paragraphs (usually an equivalent of five spaces). The
return address, reference line, date, complimentary closing, and
signature block are right of center. Remaining elements are place
with the left margin.
