* It is grows on the basis of personal relationship.
* SINGLE STRANDS –
One person communicates with only one person is a
single strand.
* GROSSIP CHAIN -
Every persons talks to every one else usually about
the personal matter in gossips chain.
* PROBABILITY CHAIN –
In this chain communication is random.
* CLUSTER CHAIN -
In cluster chain , message are transmitted
selectively.

Communication flow from upward to downward is known as
downward communication .
 UPWARD COMMUNICATION –
It is just opposite of downward communication

Gestural behaviour
reflects persons , language and expression –
feelings , emotions , attitudes etc.
