Alev Yazıcı Velidedoğlu teaches English at a primary school in Karamürsel, Turkey. The school has about 1000 students and begins teaching English when students are in 4th grade, around age 10. Alev's students are currently 5th graders who will introduce themselves and provide information about their small coastal town of Karamürsel located near Istanbul in the province of Kocaeli.
