The becommerce trust index 2013 highlights the efforts of Belgium's e-commerce industry association in promoting consumer confidence through certification and awareness initiatives. A recent survey indicates a growing trust in the Belgian e-commerce market, with 82.69% of respondents having a positive online shopping experience and 81.53% affirming confidence in the becommerce label. However, there remains significant room for improvement, as only 37.26% of participants are familiar with the becommerce label.
