Post-purchase experiences are not managed by most of small
businesses, because it takes time and it requires different tools. A n
average small business acquire a client, and let him go, maybe with a
coupon code. Doing so, companies lose 18% of potential revenues.

Climbo allow small businesses to have a simple link, climbo.com/
namecompany, that the company can send to its clients, after the
purchase. Clicking the link, the client can choose to write a review,
record a video testimonial, bring a friend, share the company online,
buy again, in exchange of different coupon codes. The company can
send the link, read and reply to all the reviews & feedbacks, and share
the best ones on its website and social media channel, all from Climbo.

Climbo is sold as SaaS, with a monthly or annual subscription. It is
possible to try the service for 14 days and subscribe once the trial is
expired. The pricing is based on the number of accounts managed
through the software. It starts from 19,90€/month or 199€/year.

The global customer experience management market size was valued
at USD 7.6 billion in 2020 and is expected to register a CAGR of 17.7%
from 2020 to 2027, with a revenue forecast in 2027 of USD 23.6 billion.

Competitive Landscape
No companies do what Climbo does. The main players are in the
review management field: ReviewTrackers, BirdEye, Podium, Partoo
have all received funding (Podium 218M) or being acquired (Partoo by
Webedia in 2019). Climbo innovates the review generation process
(similar to Linktree), integrating also video testimonials, coupon codes,
referral and up-selling features.
Roadmap
In the next few months the investment will cover the expenses to
release new product features and acquire more customers in Italy. Q3
and Q4 of 2021 will be focused on the internationalisation of the
customer base, especially in the english-speaking countries.
