1. Do what you say you're going to do – stay true to your word
2. Act with the best intentions – so you can look yourself in the mirror
3. Do what's right for the organisation – put side before self every time
4. Follow through on agreed actions – don't wait to be chased or prompted
5. Lead by example and practise what you preach – acting as a role model
6. Treat people fairly – always value them as individuals and make informed decisions
7. Keep confidences– understand when to speak out or stay quiet
8. Don't avoid difficult conversations – earn people’s respect
9. Be open and honest – admit if you’re wrong, and learn from it
10. Work hard–attempt to do everything to the best of your abilities
