Meeting with new and existing customers while determining customer needs and creating Preventive Maintenance
programs. Creating and presenting proposals for repair and replacement projects utilizing corporate profit

Administration: I used my extensive HVAC and computer expertise for responsibilities that included QuickBooks
master level in sales order entry, and tracking. I issued purchase orders for parts and equipment, administered
warranty claims and sales. I created invoicing, shipping and Bills of Lading as needed. I worked with the General
Manager on special projects pertaining to sales commissions, and reconciling freight, start up and warranty costs.
I also attended to customer service and equipment issues. I submitted job bids when the sale person was
unavailable.
