Is a Chief Business Development Officer of TrueMaisha Training Com-
pany. She is holding a Masters Degree in Business: Entrepreneurship
and Innovation from Eastern and Southern African Management Insti-
tute (ESAMI) in collaboration with LUND University-Sweden.
She has successfully worked as a consultant in personal and organiza-

Erick Chrispin
Is the founder and Managing Director of TrueMaisha Training Com-
pany. He is holding a Bachelor Degree in Sociology and Anthropology
from University of Dar es salaam Tanzania.
He has successfully been working as a consultant, trainer and motiva-

ness & social Entrepreneurship with local and international organiza-
