Letmac Innovation conducted a two day workshop on Gesture Controlled Drones with a Drone Race at
Mar Baselios College of Engineering on 4th and 5th November 2017. Asst.prof.Vijeesh V S (EEE Depart­
ment), MD of Letmac led the worskshop. Letmac staff Anurag Anil (S5 Mech), Ananthu (S5 Mech), Nibu
Noble (S7 EEE), Jomon J K (SI EEE), Roshan Thomas (Alumni) and Nandakishore (S7 Mech) assisted to train
the students. More than 100 students and one faculty team from Mar Baselios participated in the workshop.
Students were from Mar Baselios, Amal Jyothy, ACE, TKM, Sree Narayana College, Rajadhani, M G and
Rajagiri College of Engineering made the drones. The workshop ended with an exciting Drone Race.
Letmac hopes to conduct further workshops in other colleges in the coming months.
