On this week’s Monday meeting our Principal Dr. Arun Surendran highlighted the importance of remedial
sessions as the second series exams are approching. He appreciated the NSS team who participated in
the seven day camp at Vinobaniketan. The DownTown Trivandrum project that opens up tremendous
opportunities for engineers was also introduced. This week’s student volunteer Parvathy from S5 EEE
presented a talk on Organ Transplant from animals to humans. Asst.Prof. Blesson from Civil department
delivered an informative and timely on MOOCs(Massive Open Online Courses). He told the students to
take advantage of the online resources to gather nanodegrees and become interdisciplinary in their skills.
The meeting also congratulated the women’s volleyball team. The newly developed tamper free camera
system was showcased.

2. TRINITY COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING
65 plus two students from various schools attended the one day workshop robotics led by Shri.Krishnanunni
(CTO of Technolodge).The training program was organized by Trinity College of Engineering and conduct­
ed by Ewhiz Kids team. Distributed prizes for the selected three teams who assembled the robot fastest.
The students and accompanying teachers also got a tour of our labs, Automation G arage and Tech­
nolodge.
