NIKE X LAIKA STUDIOS
For the upcoming movie Missing Link, Nike and
Laika Studios have partnered
with animated movie stars, including the vocal
talents of Zach Galifianakis, Hugh Jackman, and
Zoe Saldana. In the promotional video from Nike, a
team of sneaker designers including Tinker
Hatfield set out to design a custom shoe for the 8-
foot-tall, 650-pound creature. Enlisting the help of
sizeable sporting stars including MLB’s Mike Trout,
NFL’s Ndamukong Suh, WNBA’s Sue Bird, and
Olympic gold medalist, Simone Biles, the team
creates a green, yellow and brown Air Max
silhouette. Tinker Hatfield and former animator
Michael Berger have reinterpreted the costume
design of the film's main protagonist, Mr. Link,
designed by Deborah Cook to outfit the iconic
running silhouette. Plaid panels on the toe and
heel act as nods to the furry creature's suit. Look
for the Laika x Nike Air Max Susan "Missing Link"
to release via Nike SNKRS on April 9 for

NIKE X MANCHESTER CITY
With PUMA set to take
over as Manchester City‘s kit manufacturer
in the near future, Nike has released a
special-edition jersey to mark the six-year
partnership. The limited-edition shirt is
made up of fragments of iconic kits worn
over the past six years, including
references to title-winning and record-
breaking seasons. The shirt will make its
on-pitch debut as a pre-match option for
the rest of this season’s English Premier
League. The jersey — which is individually
numbered and limited to 6,000 — will then
released via the Nike web store on April 10
for 13-111 euros.

CIROC X MOSCHINO
Luxury vodka brand CÎROC has
collaborated with Italian fashion
house MOSCHINO on a limited-
edition bottle designed by Creative
Director Jeremy Scott, that will be
released in South Africa mid-April.
The fashion industry is famed for its
party scene and the synergy between
fashion and alcohol continues to be
undeniable. Only a limited number of
bottles have been produced globally,
and the final price is 49 euros.

IKEA X SONOS
After announcing the partnership in late
2017 and first teasing the SYMFONISK
speaker back in June 2018, IKEA has
now given another look at its
upcoming Sonos collaboration. Set to be
officially revealed in April this year, the
speaker blends Sonos’ tech expertise with
IKEA’s understated aesthetic cues, with a
sleek, black fabric-covered design. Take a
look at the speaker in the gallery above,
and expect it to get an official unveiling in
Milan between April 9 and April 1. The
SYMFONISK will then start shipping in
August this year, prices ranging from 299
to 1250 euros.

PRESTON
Fresh from officially debuting its “On Air” releases
— including the Air Max 97 “London Summer of
Love” and Air Max 1 “Tokyo Maze”— Nike has
announced a number of new high-profile
collaborations. Announced to coincide with this
year’s Air Max Day, Nike is set to release shoes
with Cactus Plant Flea Market and Heron Preston
exclusively at Dover Street Market locations on
May 14. The Nike Air Max 720/95 Heron Preston
By You is set to release on April 15, and will also
be available for customization. Nike has also
announced global release dates for two of its other
recently-revealed sneakers. The Atmos x Nike Air
Max 2 Light 95 is poised to get a full release on
April 5, while the Clot x Nike Air Max 97/Haven will
drop around the world on May 8 for $160-$180.

Following on from last year’s HEATTECH-
focused collaborative release, Alexander
Wang and UNIQLO have announced the
next installment of their ongoing
partnership. The new collection builds on
the LifeWear theme of the collaboration,
and focuses on UNIQLO’s innovative
AIRism fabric. The menswear element of
the collection includes T-shirts, tank tops
and underwear, all of which come with a
premium cotton finish and an AIRism
interior, making this the first cotton blend
AIRism for men. The collaboration
releases at UNIQLO’s web store and
physical stores across the world on April 11

adidas has just unveiled its
first AlphaEdge 4D silhouette
dedicated to the ladies, which is a
collaborative model designed by
English fashion designer Stella
McCartney. The Stella McCartney x
adidas AlphaEdge 4D is slated to be
a limited edition release and will land
at select adidas retailers
and adidas.com in April for an

Cult Liverpool skate store Lost
Art has announced a collaboration
with fellow North West label The
Long Shot Exp., mixing the two
brand’s logos and celebrating the
relationship over the past two
decades. The collection covers
everything from coach jackets and
quater-zip sweatshirts to T-shirts and
hats. The capsule features a “Long
Lost Lovers” motif referencing Lost
Art’s journey from 1999 to 2019. The

April 5 and will be available at select

Vans has partnered with recycling
company TerraCycle to repurpose
the materials of discarded shoes to
be used to create items from phone
cases to park benches. Anyone can

Starting this week, Sims fans can
wear the exact Moschino sweatshirt
as their avatar while playing the life-

Microsoft and Jordan Brand imagine
two new versions of the Xbox One.
The first console is black with

The two German giants unveil a
PUMA RS-X with different textile
pieces. The RS-X sneaker is colored
with a white upper with detailed blue,
