- 11. • At the beginning of every semester or if there is a change in your schedule during the semester, we will provide you with an FIA letter to take into yourTAG (Training Assessment Group) Appointment. • After your first FIA letter you may request your FIA letter via email and we will call you to let you know when you can pick it up usually within 72 business hours.We can also trouble shoot any concerns that you may have with HRA.
