Will third party inspectors qualify as manufacturing of the equipment ??? Are third party inspectors competent ??? Which instruction manual do they cover ??? Why only load test a tower ??? Scope of Inspection: Visual inspection of scaffold material erection, supporting and floor fixing under BS1139:1994 Single With and Double with same certificate What do we gain ???

Inspection Record Middle East ‐ UAE – Qatar –Kuwait – Saudi Arabia – Bahrain – Jordan – Oman ‐ Pre – Use inspection on the assembled tower Inspect after assembly, before use Complete a written report, before going off duty Give to person for whom report was completed within 24 hours Re‐inspect and report “as often as is necessary to ensure safety” In practice, at least every 7 days BUT, no need to re‐inspect every time a mobile tower is moved Keep copy of inspection report safe At site until the work is completed Then at your office for another 3 months
