REGISTRATION PROCESS
 1 Apply to the registrar in a prescribed form
 2 Single application is not enough for different goods
 3 Territorial limits principal place of business in India of the
applicant is situvated
 4 According to the provision it may accept or reject
 5 in the case of refusal or partial acceptance the Registrar
will record in writing the grounds for reject or and the
materials used by him in arriving at the conclusion
 6 once accepted it need to be advertised to know whether
is there any opposition
 7 if any rejection is received the Registrar will send a letter
to applicant of TM to prepare a counter statement of which
he relives for his application,. If he fails to produce counter
application his application will be aborted
 8 if the applicant produced the counter statement , registrar
will hear both the party and take decision based on the
evidence produced
 9 on the registrar of TM ,the registrar will issue to the issue
to the applicant a certificate in the prescribed form of the
registration thereof, sealed with the seal of the TM registry
 10 if the registration is not finished with the prescribed time
12 from the date of application if the fault if becos of
applicant, notice will be issued to applicant in the
prescribed manner, treating it as abandoned
 11 duration is 10 years nod regular renewal is necessary
according to the change of act any failure in renewing it
may result in the removal of the trade mark from the
registrar
