2 – National Agency Erasmus+
Presentation of Ana Paula Alves the technical of the Portuguese National Agency. She explained
about using the Grant, monitoring process and presented and transmitted some information on this
topics:
• From Erasmus to Erasmus+ A Story of 30 years;
• Project Details;
• Budget Summary;
• TPM - Organization and calendar;
LTT - Organization and calendar;
• Partners withdraw (Grant Agreement Amendment Request Form);
• Institutional management tools (Mobility Tools);
• Administrative project management (Organization of tasks, communication, dissemination,
use of the grant);

3 – Administrative management
3.1 – Grant Agreement Amendment Request Form
Fill out the form «Grant Agreement Amendment Request» with all the partners and assume to
fulfill all the objectives that have been structured in the program.All the activities are redistributed in
this form that follows in annex.
3.2 - Division of tasks:
• The ICT Course Subjects and the questionnaires of Word, PPT, Prezzi and Movie Maker will
be elaborated by Italy, Turkey, Portugal and Slovenia. This questionnaire aims to evaluate
students' knowledge before and after the training courses;
• Report of TPM and LTT - the host establishment will prepare the report;
• Evaluation of TPM and LTT - the host establishment will prepare a questionnaire;
• Progress report - the group will collaborate to prepare it;
• Final report - the group will meet in June 2018 for its elaboration.
3.3 - Project Dissimination:
• Each educational institution is responsible for communicating and dissolving the project in its
own language;
• The selection of students for LTT Activities is subject to a Regulation and a "Follow-up
Committee" – it’s a group of people who meet regularly to follow the project and help select
candidates. In Portugal, this includes class delegates, the parents' association, the president
of the General Council, the coordinator of the Library, the coordinator of the Class Directors
and the coordinator of the Erasmus + program at the school, who chairs the same committee.
However, the partner countries of this project will determine the composition of this
commission for their educational establishments.
3.4 - Project tracking:
Partners should not forget
• The expected results of the project (p26);
• The expected impact on students, teachers and the educational establishment must be
measured (H1 p40).
• The grant must be spent before 08/31/2018. Each educational institution had 80% of the grant
and the remaining 20% would be provided after approval of the final report;
• Once the co-ordinating school has obtained a higher grant for the implementation of the
project, it will be able to charge some expenses in the TPM package (meals, transport,
material ...)

5 – TPM and LTT
5.1 – Calendar/Dates
Reformulation of the calendar of meetings due to the withdrawal of two partners (Spain and Poland).
We have funding for 4 LTT and 4 TPM. So: 1 LTT and 1 TPM should be done in each country because
all have received funding for one. So stay that way:

TPM3 – Slovénia
TPM4 –Turkey – 26 to 28 June 2018
Learning Teaching and Training Activities
C1 - Slovenia – 20 to 24 of March 2017;
C2 - Portugal – 29 of May to 2nd
of June 2017;
C3 – Italy - 9 to 13 October 2017;
C4 - Turkey - 28 of May to 1st of June 2018.
5.2 - Information:
• Students will be accommodated in host families and should agree to be alone in these host
families;
• •Each country reflects to the selection of the s students (ages 11 and 14);
• •Each country checks whether it requires parental authorization for the publication of student
photographs and / or videos in local / international newspapers and websites;
• Airport in each country - Slovenia in Ljubljana Airport, Italy in Bergamo Airport, Turkey in Izmir
Adnan Menderes Airport, Portugal in Francisco Sá Carneiro airport (Oporto).

6 - 1st Transnational Project Meeting:
• This meeting was useful for the knowledge of all partners. All the work was carried out with
the arduous participation of each element of this group, the desire to seek and find common
solutions.
• The partners were to find the 6th grade classes of the school that are directly involved in this
project and among which will be selected students for the Teaching / Learning Activities to the
countries involved.
• At the end of the day were made available for invited partners to visit the primary school.
• Each partner presented their educational institution in film, ppt or other digital tool ..
