This document describes a tourism management system created by Prankit Mishra. The system was created to provide an efficient way for customers to plan holidays online and for tourism agents to manage tourist data. It connects customers and agents through the internet, provides better deals for customers, and makes work more efficient for tourism industry agents. The system was built using .NET Framework, ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, and is compatible with Windows XP or higher and browsers like Chrome. It involves designing web pages, a database, and combining them to create a functioning tourism management system.

3. Definition
 Gone were the days when we used to visit the travel agents and stand in the long
queues for our vacation trips and holidays. It was the tedious job for the agents too
to manage the registers and different documents which were hand written.
 In this age of technology and internet when everything is online tourism
management system provides an easy, efficient and convenient way to plan or
holidays and it also stores all the tourist data in a defined manner .

 To provide better facility to customers and the tourism industry.
 To manage all the data.
 With this lot of manual work will not be needed.

5. Objective
 Our objectives are :-
 To connect customers and agents directly through the internet.
 To provide better deals to the customer.
 To provide the easy and efficient work for the agents from tourism industry.

 Operating System – Any Windows above Windows XP.
 Runtime Environment - .NET Framework 4.5
 Frond End – Microsoft Asp .NET 2010 with c#
 Back End – SQL Server 2010
 Other Tools – Adobe Photoshop, MS Office.
 Web Brower – Google Chrome or any compatible browser.
 Processor – At least 1.0 GHZ
 RAM – At least 1GB

 Preparing ER Diagram
 Collecting information about the industry.
 Collecting Data related to project.
 Dividing the data according to different modules.
 Designing the web pages for the project.
 Designing the database for the project.
 Combining the webpages and database.
 Testing the final project for errors and bugs.
 Remove the errors and bugs (if any).
 Implementing the final project.
