How do we build the program?
Structure
 County Wide Program to create Tourism Development District
(TDD)
 Each city and county will have the ability to allocate up to 150 acres
in their TDD
 Total of 600 designated acres within Wilson County of the 373,120 acres
that comprise Wilson County (.161 percent)
 Each TDD can be a combination of up to 5 locations with a minimum
of 10 acres per location
 The TDD will capture
 New property tax dollars generated in that specific zone
