This document outlines a proposed methodology to enhance the employability of engineering students through partnerships between educational institutions, social organizations, and industry. The methodology involves:
1) Building students' competencies through workshops with the author's team and exposure to social and industrial organizations.
2) Providing final year students field exposure and incubation support from partner organizations to establish their own startups.
3) Conducting faculty leadership workshops to develop competencies of engineering college faculties.
The expected outcomes are increased student eligibility for social and industrial sector jobs, development of student leaders who replicate best models in sectors like solar and agriculture, and increased competencies of faculty members.
