• Monitor percentage of completion of the project, actual cost and analyse cost

Board proposals regarding the companies.
The companies belong among the biggest in their resp. countries with a
turnover then of approx. DKK 16 bn. (Polkomtel) resp. DKK 5 bn. (ONE).
• Responsible for ex. monthly reporting, budget and current forecasts,
Balanced Scorecard (KPI’s), yearly update of 10-years business plans,
valuation and participation in Merger & Acquisitions, Controlling etc. as well
as different project evaluations.
• Reporting of accounts in English and according to IFRS-standards.
Selected results: • By issuing syndicated project financings of approx. DKK 5.2 bn. (2004) and
DKK 3.4 bn. (2001) respectively with a number of International banks
secured that ONE’s whole financing was secured without joint liability from
the shareholders.
