ASA is the key performance indicator to assess

amount of time in which a call is being answered
by agents.
This metric helps to provide better service level
and also it’s a cost significant factor for inbound
call centers.

This metric calculates average call duration
of an agent which starts from call initiation to
call end. After-call work and hold time is also
included for AHT calculation.
It helps to reduce operational cost as well as
increase agents’ productivity & customer

This metric finds the average of the total
number of calls which are transferred by an
agent to another department for various
reasons such as agent is not able to handle
the call, and a call is routed to the wrong
