Accomplishments:
1. Successfully negotiated various compromising situations, both on an internal and external level, with
tact and guile, thus avoiding further escalation. I achieved this by:
I. Creating a “Work Instruction” manual enumerating the correct “labeling” process for ST
Microelectronic (STM) shpt’s, therefore avoiding the issuance of a Corrective Action Request
(CAR)
II. Instigating a closer working relationship between the Asian Road Network (ARN) and
Clearance teams in an effort to inculcate the spirit of comradery
2. Oversaw the operational aspects of the Globetronic – STM account, in order to ensure compliance with
the established Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). My involvement and supervision resulted in the
processes becoming more streamlined and efficient with the expected protocols strictly being adhered
to. As substantiation, the set KPI’s were consistently met each quarter
3. I authored the Scope of Work (SOW) for ZF Steering’s outbound shpt’s and ensured maximum
compliance with the operational standards set. I also successfully engineered the Standard Operating
Procedure (SOP) for ZF Steering’s Inbound shpt’s and orchestrated its implementation
4. Managed the “Cisco Project”, which involved providing customer care solutions to Cisco’s customers,
purely in an administrative capacity, thus guarantying its smooth progression
5. In collaboration with the Operations Team, I successfully designed and spear headed the
implementation of the “Premium Con Performance Index” as a means to evaluate as well as incorporate
sustainable processes for the betterment of Premium Con deliveries. I also authored a teaching manual
to effectively educate the pertinent individuals
6. Again in cooperation with the Operations Team, I aided in the design and execution of the “OST
Template”, a report generated for the sole purpose of ensuring optimal operational performance
7. Performing daily in-depth analysis of TNT Penang’s operational performance in an effort to weed out
failures and improve on the existing strengths and competencies
8. Have garnered the trust and respect of my fellow colleagues at work as well as with several customers,
thus generating a conducive environment to work in, while preserving a degree of professionalism and
efficiency at all times
