IT based management information reports are crucial, not only internally, but also externally for different purpose <ul><li>pro-active role in management decision to provide IT guidance and feedback to steer the department by : </li></ul><ul><li>improving the format internal checks & controls </li></ul><ul><li>improving the quality of reports for support team to control all log files </li></ul><ul><li>empowerment of my subordinates and service team to improve the turn-around-time (tat) </li></ul>Management Reporting provide management with weekly/monthly reporting and appropriate analysis in line with company guidelines & iso 27001 processes. because of the way of working we applied on the month end closing, now we do less manual work & spend more time on analytical activities. under my leadership management reports are provided on time and with better data support (factual), both for internal and external purpose.
  6. 6. strategic plan/ AOP/ forecasting are projects that involves with team <ul><li>take a lead sp / aop / fc process and consolidation by : </li></ul><ul><li>arrange meeting for data collection purpose </li></ul><ul><li>creating a working paper that easily can be adjusted in case of changes during review process. </li></ul><ul><li>analyze and prepare comments for decision support of the PMT including deviation analysis </li></ul><ul><li>Prepare FSP calculation </li></ul>Strategic Plan / AOP / Forecasting responsible in preparing quarterly forecast, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) , and long term strategic plan in line with the company guidelines and within required deadlines. As a result all reporting documents are ready to be reviewed as per schedule. By doing this, I’ve learned the complete process of business strategies

There are 3 big projects in this year which are implementing ISMS, Score Cards & JDE’s pilot completion Capex Proposal <ul><li>hand over project 1 with former controller </li></ul><ul><li>based on cross functional, close coordination and cooperation with all department start to prepare calculation of isms project to be reviewed by me & the pmt (project management team) </li></ul><ul><li>included as a team member in preparation of jde implementation (together with the present controller) due to my experience on project calculation. </li></ul><ul><li>currently concluding the isms project for our intelligence wing (one of its kind in the country). </li></ul>responsible of investment proposals. calculate and evaluate the cost verses benefit of investments and do post evaluations of major capex done in the past because of good preparation of project’s plan, all were approved smoothly. as an IT team we continue with this and also take care of the post evaluation when projects are finished.
