This document discusses the rationale for assessing the ICT competency levels of TLE teachers and students at NDDU IBED Espina Campus in order to propose an intervention program. It notes that ICT skills are important for 21st century learning and replacing traditional teaching methods. The document outlines that the study will assess teachers' and students' ICT competency levels across four dimensions: technology operations, social/ethical issues, pedagogical skills, and professional skills. It will determine if there are significant differences between teachers and students, and based on results, an intervention program will be proposed to enhance both groups' ICT competencies.
