
 There are many reasons for using reference resources.
Think of at least three.
 Checking the form and use ofgrammatical structures
 Checking the spelling, pronunciation and use of lexical
items
 Developing your own unde1:,tanding of language
 Anticipating learners' difficulties
 Looking for new approaches to teaching lessons and
new classroom activities
 Finding out how to use the material in your coursebook

