This document discusses time and temperature settings for laminating EVA interlayer film at low temperatures of 80 degrees Celsius or below. It provides the results of tests conducted with an EVAFORCE LOW TEMP 80-120 interlayer film laminated at different temperature stages and durations. The best results were obtained with a first stage of 65 degrees for 10 minutes ramp up and 20 minutes soak time, and a second stage of 82 degrees for 10 minutes ramp up and 190 minutes, which produced a good lamination with no unmelted spots. Proper time and temperature settings are important for successful low-temperature lamination.
