Tikus is an Ethiopian on-demand food delivery service that aims to simplify ordering and delivery for customers, restaurants, and drivers. It allows customers to browse menus, order online, and have meals delivered to their homes or offices. Restaurants can receive orders directly without third parties and drivers can get requests through the Tikus driver app. The service takes a 15% commission from drivers and a 5% service charge from restaurants. It currently operates in Addis Ababa but aims to expand coverage and support multiple languages to better serve foreigners.

The Solution
Tikus is an Ethiopian on demand mobile food ordering and delivery service dedicated to
connecting customers with local restaurants. Customers can browse through various
menus, place an order for (home, office…) delivery and Pay online at the best price with
just few clicks.
Tikus is developed using the Uber model, Customer places an order, delivery drivers
can get online at any time to receive any nearby request from customers by our Tikus
