– Improve Our existing System with more resources.
– Develop a stand alone android and iOS app.
– Have a feature filled portal.
– Excellent UI and a great UX.
– Launch our service in Hubli, Dharwar, Davangere and Kolhapur.
– Advertisement which will help us reach our target of 150 orders per
day for each city.
– Set-up our very own call center with 5 resources which will help us
handle customer queries, track delivery boys and constant CRM.
– Shift to amazon web-servers(optional/depends on the traffic).
– Add a LCV like TATA Ace to move corporate orders and monthly
grocery orders.

• We are ready to shed 20-35% of our ownership based on the
investment put in.
• Board of director and strategic position in the company as
well.
• We are also ready for right kind of exit clause the investors
want.
Last but not the least.
• Our area of operation Belgaum and other tire-2 and 3 cities

• With smart-city project starting in 2016 these cities have an
