36
37. List of Problems
• Inconsistency “EMR” system, Electric power fluctuations, UPS absence
• Inconsistency of facility equipment like printer ink, paper, soft
• Inadequate Communication between referring physicians and radiology
residents
• Missed registration of duty time activities, due to lack of supportive staff.
• Reduction of image quality(MRI, CT)
• Inadequate working stations
• Timely result delivery
37
38. Problem improved
• Communication for image delivery improved
• Inconsistency between registrations used in the department(x ray and
ultrasound), is improved
38
39. Conclusion
• There is an overall decrement in number of imaging performed in the
current month.
X-Ray and U/S remained to be the highest performed modalities.
Still MRI has shown a increment (Hamle, 196, Nehase, 284,Meskerem
285, Tikimt, 342 )
39
40. Recommendation
• Resume provision of images to the patients, as a backup copy.
• Ensuring delivering a clear information about appointments and results of
imaging.
• Data recording and storage system should be improved.
• To increase working stations ASAP
