Airport Control Centre (ACC)
State-of-the-art Airport Control Centre (ACC) was
implemented in October 2012 at Düsseldorf Airport to
ensure effective airport operations.
The airport, airlines, ground handlers and authorities all
work hand in hand in the ACC.
Central Airport Operations Data Base (AODB)
As a component of ACC this platform brings together
all traffic related data for smoother proceedings; all
process relevant data is stored here.
Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM)
A-CDM was fully implemented in April 2013 at Düsseldorf
Airport.
- brings extra value to network operations overall
A-CDM improves operational efficiency at airports by:
- reducing delays
- improving predictability
- reducing buffer capacity
- optimising the utilisation of resources
- giving the network more accurate take-off
information, which is used in formulating Air Traffic
Flow Management (ATFM) slots.
Implemented in Frankfurt, Munich, Brussels, Paris CDG,
Helsinki and Düsseldorf.
