The French audiovisual drone leader
to list on the Euronext Free Market
Villepinte, April 16, 2015 – DRONE VOLT (ex Fpv4ever), the French leader in the field of
civilian drones for professional use, is announcing the success of its 300 000 euros fund
raising, and is also announcing the listing of its shares on the Euronext Paris Free Market.
This new capital will give this young and innovative company the means to accelerate its
development in a fast growing market.
Innovation, growth and cost-effectiveness
Created in 2011 and headed by Chairman Dimitri Batsis, DRONE VOLT specializing in
civilian drones for commercial and high-end professional use, is well-positioned to add value,
also to advise and assist suppliers of « turnkey » business solutions. Our services would
typically include providing the drone, the accessories, the specific gimbals, the training, in
fact all the preparation and equipment to ensure the drones can be transported to the use-site,
perform, and be returned for use in future missions.
DRONE VOLT also acts as an on-going partner, by taking care of administrative procedures
(registration) for its customers as well as equipment maintenance.
Along with performing profitably during the last 3 years, the company DRONE VOLT has
achieved a turnover of 1.7 million euros in 2014, together with a healthy increase in sales, up
40% up from last year.
Growth market
DRONE VOLT concentrates on the professional use of drones in the price range of 1,000 to
40,000 euros. In this segment, the Company has so far focused on the professional media.
Indeed, when undertaking photo or video shoots from 10 to 150 meters above the ground, the
cost savings of this technology, compared to helicopters, makes the drones particularly
competitive.
In addition DRONE VOLT is developping its skills in other applications such as :
• Aerial mapping for building surveyors, or for the optimum operation of mines or quarries ;
• Safety related fields such as monitoring of industrial sites and for civil security (beach
patrol, pollution spills, fire watch etc.);
• Infrastructure inspection for high buildings, bridges, power pylons, road structure;
• The environment (air pollution, building thermography, etc.);
• Agriculture uses in which the drone operator combines the data collected by the drone
sensors with algorithms and makes agricultural recommendations which identify any plots
affected by disease, lack of water, etc…

Acceleration
This fund raising of 300 000 euros has been achieved thanks to professional investors and
business angels. It will enable DRONE VOLT to speed up its commercial expansion
covering all the segments mentioned above, and to benefit from the dynamism of the civilian
drone market for professional use which is expecting a growth up to + 70% in 2015
(according to the Xerfi analysis).
Stock Market
Further to this fund raising, DRONE VOLT is announcing the next listing of its shares on the
Free Market of Euronext Paris by direct listing. Some 47,000 shares will be offered at 6.00
euros per share, amounting to 282,000 euros, which represents 4.2% of the capital. The
capital of DRONE VOLT is composed of 1,117,000 shares, which results in a market
capitalization of € 6.7 million based on current listing. The DRONE VOLT shares will be
listed as of 21 April (ISIN FR0012649184 / Ticker MLDRV).
