I have worked with Thomas for almost ten years, initially as a colleague and for the last four years
as his manager.
Thomas’s strengths include:
1. An ability to hit and exceed difficult sales targets through focus, hardwork and skill.
2. A willingness to do what is necessary to achieve positive business outcomes – without
complaining. This includes making cold calls to find new business and calling/visiting
customers to pass on news that they may not like initially.
3. An ability to build strong lasting relationships with his customers, based on trust and mutual
respect.

Thomas is likeable, loyal, approachable and even tempered. He is an employee who you can “set
and forget” and leave him to work his territory with the knowledge that he will come to you if he
