During his employment at the company, Frank has done sales in Themed Art and Seasonal products that
included direct to retail efforts, cold calling and trade show business development with show follow up sales
efforts. As an evolving company, we have dropped product lines over the years and moved key staff to
different positions and this happened to Frank with his most recent role being involved in special projects and
customer service.
Frank is hard working, a well liked co-worker and his high sense of values and character are quickly seen by
everyone that Frank has worked with. The character DNA has been a valued asset for SVI, especially in
Frank’s role in customer service and I have received dozens of Thank You’s from our customers in the past 3
years for Frank’s customer service efforts. Turning a disappointed customer into someone who is pleased with
