Step 1: Think Tank uses an array of IOT sensors
on each individual truck to gather data in real
time. Data is also captured from meteorological
sensors along the truck’s route.
Step 2: Think Tank uses this real-time data
matched against in depth geospatial route data
to precisely quantify and establish each
individual truck’s baseline fuel efficiency
performance.
Step 3: Think Tank combines this individual
baseline truck performance data with data from
its previously tested known fuel-saving and
emission-reducing technologies to recommend a
unique technology package optimized to each
specific tractor and/or trailer’s needs.
Step 4: Think Tank continuously audits truck
performance after the technology upgrades and
calculates in real time the monthly fuel savings
pool created by the retrofit.
Step 5: Think Tank also continuously coaches for
good driver Eco-Driving behavior and audits
other risks.
Our Financing Model
For Trucking Companies:
 There are no upfront costs other than an
initial refundable deposit.
 They receive an increasing amount of fuel
savings over time and reduce their total fleet
emissions by 30%.
 They identify, reward, and keep their good
drivers.
 They receive significant insurance discounts
because of the safer “Eco-Driving” behavior
of their drivers & other risk auditing.
 They win more shipping business from
Carbon Conscious Shippers.
For Lenders:
 They have access to a new lending market
(1,164,000 small trucking companies just in
the U.S. – with a potential of $100 billion in
technology upgrades).
 Think Tank monitors investment
performance and ensures loan obligations
are covered by fuel-savings by alerting to any
unexpected deviations from expected
performance and seeing that the deviations
are corrected.
For Carbon Conscious Shippers:
 Freight shipping bids can be awarded for the
first time based upon each truck’s data of
actual fuel efficiency and Greenhouse Gas
emissions – Think Tank will make available to
shippers a “Green Freight Index” of all
retrofitted trucks available to meet their
shipping needs.
For Investors:
 Think Tank receives a monthly audit fee, and
a percentage of the fuel savings which
results in strong, predictable cash flows.
 Think Tank is also creating additional
revenue streams including insurance
brokerage fees and “Green Freight Index.”

We believe we can get 1% market penetration within 3
years of rollout, which equates to $150 million of
installs and $25 million per year of software access.
We are currently seeking the first $500k of what is
estimated to be a $3 million raise to get to market.

There’s a big market…
In the U.S. alone, there are 3.4
million Class 8 trucks. Class 8
trucks consumed 37.5 billion
gallons of fuel in 2014 and
produced 5.4% of the total U.S.
Greenhouse Gas Emissions.
97% of U.S. trucking companies
have fewer than 20 trucks, and
90% of them have fewer than 6
trucks.
That needs to make big changes…
Current government regulations
would require all new trucks to
have 40% better mileage, starting
in 2027.
There are technologies plus
coachable driver practices that
would increase the mileage of
every current truck on the road
today by 30%+ if they were
implemented.
And there’s a big reward…
The same technology that
improves mileage also reduces
GHG emissions proportionately
(and has other financial benefits).
If these technologies were
universally installed and retrofitted
on Class 8 trucks, it would save
11.25 billion gallons of fuel
